The Mabledon Suite is in the CPAS head office building in Leamington Spa, near Warwick. It consists of four rooms, plus access to a kitchen, and was completely refurbished in early 2009.

The conference suite consists of four naturally-lit rooms – Deacon, Grantham, Shaftesbury and Sandoz. Each can be hired separately or the suite can be hired completely.

The Deacon and Grantham rooms are separated by a partition and can therefore be joined together for larger events (maximum capacity of 100, theatre style).

The rooms can cater for a range of functions, from the small meeting through to a medium-sized conference for 100 people. There is easy access for the disabled including a lift to the first floor, where the conference rooms are sited.

The rooms are well-furnished and have lots of natural light, although they can be blacked out for presentations. Each room has ample floor box electric points. There are toilets (with disabled access) close to the conference rooms.

Normally accessible between 9am and 5pm, rooms can be made available outside these times by special arrangement.

Deacon Room

The Deacon Room is the largest of the four rooms and will comfortably accommodate a larger group.

Grantham Room

The Grantham Room is also fairly spacious and suitable for larger board meetings and medium-sized training events.

Shaftesbury Room

The Shaftesbury Room is suitable for meetings and small training events.

• Approximate area: 230 sq ft
• Capacity (theatre style): 20

Sandoz Room

The Sandoz Room is also suitable for smaller meetings and training events.
