David Hart - Director of Ventures and Falcon Camps
As you may expect, David is convinced about the effectiveness of residential holidays in helping people become better disciples of Jesus.
That's not a conclusion he's come to by chance, but the result of a variety of roles and personal experiences. And it's the experiential learning on Ventures and Falcon Camps which brings about the long-term effects of transformation in thousands of children and young people each year.
David has the practical experience to inform his work, from 13 years with mission agencies Tearfund and BMS World Mission, as well as a good theoretical grounding having studied theology at London Bible College and achieved an MSc in Change Agent Skills and Strategies.
One of the more theory-based aspects of David's life is DIY - much to the chagrin of his wife Sarah and their two young children - as the appeal of reality-based TV gameshows surpasses his desire for a wonderful garden and perfectly decorated house.
