Looking to move to a new post? This can be a confusing experience; there are a variety of ways in which this, for good reason, is quite unlike a normal process of job application and interview.
Our regular Moving On events give godly space to think about the tricky subject of moving jobs. CPAS patronage secretary John Fisher offers valuable insights and provides a biblical framework to the discernment process and how to make good choices. During these events, we also look at the practicalities of making good applications and handling interviews well.
We will also be piloting a New Chapters conference soon for clergy facing the transition of moving parishes. The four-day conference will equip leaders to enter their new roles refreshed and re-envisioned for the work God is calling them to.
We also run regular The Buck Stops Here conferences for new incumbents. See more about what we offer for new incumbents.
For details of our other training events, please visit the CPAS events page.
