CPAS Women in Leadership exists to develop women in Christian leadership for effective mission and ministry.
Developing women leaders
We have a vision to see a Church where women of God exercise leadership with confidence, competence and courage; a Church where women are equipped to be led more like Jesus, to lead more like Jesus and to lead more to Jesus; a Church where women are empowered to lead mission-shaped churches.
Finding an evangelical post
What help is available when it comes to thinking about the next post? How do you find a post in an evangelical church? What mission opportunities are there? Are all churches as open to women as they sound?
Training events
We lead training events for women leaders and for churches. These are tailored to the needs of participants.

There's a featured book of the month, as well as an archive of other book reviews, an annotated reading list, and a host of useful articles to download.
