This month's e-bulletin is all about partnerships. We're partnering with dioceses, other Christian organisations, churches and individuals to achieve our God-given vision for seeing men, women and children come to know Jesus Christ through the ministry of local churches. We're also asking you to partner with us by responding to a video message from general director John Dunnett, and praying for this summer's Ventures and Falcon Camps.
If you'd like to hear more about our ministry, the CPAS Prayer Diary and Catalyst magazine are available free of charge, as well as regular updates from Ventures and Falcon Camps. To subscribe, or read the current edition online, please see the 'Downloads' section at the bottom of this email. Thank you for your support.
Video: update from John Dunnett
General director John Dunnett explains the vision behind our work, plus gives an insight into the range of leaders we're involved in developing.
Also hear his invitation to you and your church about how you can partner with CPAS.
This autumn, we're excited to be teaming up with Lead Academy to offer two transformational 18-month programmes for church teams on two of the hottest topics facing leaders of Anglican evangelical churches today:
Breaking the 200 'barrier' For leadership teams in churches whose congregational size appears to have become 'static' at around 150-200.
Mission in a multi-church benefice For leadership teams serving in multi-church benefices who want to become more effective in mission.
If you're a leader in one of these situations, we'd love you and your team to get involved. Find out more and register your interest today.
'Sailteering' is not something most people have heard of, let alone had the chance to do, but for the 12-16 year olds on the Broads Cruise Venture last month, it was just one of many exciting new experiences.
Over 50 young people and their leaders took to the inland waterways of eastern England for a week's sailing and learning more about Jesus. Overall leader Stephen Didsbury gives his report.
The Broads Cruise Venture was one of four Ventures and two Falcon Camps which took place during the Easter break, ahead of the main summer season.

Encouragements from Arrow Ireland
Last month, James Lawrence spoke at an Arrow Ireland residential in Dublin. We asked him for three encouragements from his visit:
Exciting to see younger leaders who are passionate about mission.
Great engagement with the material I was teaching - very open!
Hearing stories of change - and it is only half way through the programme.
Like the Arrow Leadership Programme in the UK, each Arrow Ireland programme develops around 24 younger leaders, equipping them for a lifetime of mission and ministry.
The new Ventures Update is out now! This edition is all about the power of prayer, and God's work on Ventures in response to the faithful prayers of young people, leaders, parents and supporters. To quote 13-year-old Emily:
'God does answer prayer and works in many different amazing ways!'
You can read Ventures Update online or sign up to receive a copy through the post.
We'd love you to share your prayers with us. Why not Tweet us (@CPASnews) or write on our Facebook wall (facebook.com/cpasventures) with your prayer points for the summer?
Meetings are ministry
The average church leader will have 564 meetings a year. That is 20,304 hours in 25 years, the equivalent of 846 days of their life! Does that excite you or depress you?
This month, CPAS is partnering with the Diocese of Bristol to help leaders make the most of every meeting, recognising that meetings are a crucial part of local church ministry.
CPAS leadership principal, James Lawrence, will lead the day. Leading Edge - Meetings Matter is part of a series of three Leading Edge events run by CPAS with the Diocese of Bristol.
