Build your church - what matters most?

Everything we do aims to make disciples and develop leaders for mission.

We work primarily with local churches in the UK and Ireland, so we're keen to know what you think is most important in building churches:

- discovering God's call - releasing God's vision
- enabling mentoring - discipling young people
- developing leaders - proclaiming the gospel
- leading with others - modelling Christ-likeness

Take part in our online poll, and find out what CPAS can do for your church.

New Falcon Camp

We're pleased to announce that the new North-east Falcon Camp will run for the first time this October half term at Robin Hood's Bay on the North Yorkshire coast.

The holiday will be led by Tara Goodall and Grace Cauldwell. Tara has previously been involved in leading the Pinewood and Lee Abbey Falcon Camps. The theme is the universe, and the children will be thinking about 'shining like stars in the sky'. For many, this will be the first time they have been in a Christian environment.

Please be praying for the 8-11s who will attend, and for God's blessing, energy and inspiration for Tara and Grace and their team. More about Falcon Camps ...

Happy Birthday Haslemere!

If you're one of the thousands of people who've had the pleasure of being involved with the Haslemere and Limpsfield Ventures over the last half century, you are invited to St James Church in Clerkenwell for the 50th anniversary celebrations on Saturday 29 September.

Organiser Mike Gradon says: 'We warmly invite you to come along to celebrate 50 years of God’s goodness and grace and all the amazing work that he has accomplished through these houseparties.'

Find out how you can join the party at the Limpsfield Trust website.

Generation Y leadership

'If we are to reach out to the younger generation with the good news of Jesus, we need to harness the amazing potential within the young people already in our congregations' - James Lawrence

James' latest Grove Booklet on 'Engaging Gen Y' explores the key differences between the 'generations' and the different expectations they have of leadership.
