Arrow Leadership Programme
Arrow is an 18-month programme for developing men and women aged 25-40 for leadership in today's Church, promoting long-term, whole-person development through mentoring, projects, peer groups and residential events.
New incumbents
Resourcing ministers starting out in posts of overall responsibility with The Buck Stops Here conferences providing input, discussion, Bible teaching, prayer and worship.
Leading Edge forums
Local forums comprising eight to ten participants, examining key issues of local church leadership. These events are grounded in reality, designed to provide you with insight and skills to lead a missional church.
Women in Leadership
Training events specifically designed for women clergy and other women leaders, or to help churches or groups of leaders explore issues which affect women.
