Leading Edge provides a unique opportunity for lay and ordained leaders to examine key issues of local church leadership. Each forum comprises eight to ten participants, a trainer and a facilitator. Leading Edge is grounded in reality and is designed to provide you with insight and skills to lead a missional church.
Each Leading Edge event provides the opportunity for you to discuss a key leadership issue alongside other local church leaders.
The first event will cover Discerning Direction.
Future Leading Edge forums will include:
- Discerning direction.
- Enabling action.
- Developing teams.
- Leading in a multi-benefice parish.
- Spiritual maturity in Christian leadership.
- Developing as a missional leader.
The fee for attending a Leading Edge event is £15 (including materials and refreshments), of £10 for each additional person from the same church. The cost of running Leading Edge is subsidised by CPAS.
