Leading Edge provides a unique opportunity for lay and ordained leaders to examine key issues of local church leadership. Each forum comprises ten to twelve participants and a trainer. Leading Edge is grounded in reality and is designed to provide you with insight and skills to lead a missional church.
Each Leading Edge event provides the opportunity for you to discuss a key leadership issue alongside other local church leaders.
Current events (which you can see listed further down this page) cover the topics of:
- Discerning Direction
- Enabling Action
- Leadership and Mission in a Multi-Church Benefice
- Leading Well With Others
- Missional Leadership
- Self Leadership
- Sustaining Yourself in Leadership
Future Leading Edge forums will include Spiritual Maturity in Christian leadership.
The fee for attending a Leading Edge event is £28 (including materials and refreshments), and £22* for each additional person from the same church. The cost of running Leading Edge is subsidised by CPAS.
* For the discount to apply, you will need to make a group booking.
The day is planned to run from 10am to 3:30pm approximately.
