Events cancellation policy

As a charity reliant on the donations of individuals and churches, CPAS is keen to ensure that money lost through cancellations is kept to an absolute minimum, and that as many people as possible have the opportunity to attend our events.

We understand that from time to time participants may find themselves unexpectedly unable to attend an event they are booked onto. We therefore provide the following guidance. Please note this is only for events where CPAS administers the bookings, and excludes Ventures and Falcons, which have separate contract terms.

Non-residential events

If you cancel your booking up to one week prior to the event, we will offer a refund (minus any deposit) or offer to transfer your booking to an equivalent event.

If you cancel your booking less than one week prior to the event, the full cost is likely to be payable.

Residential events

If you cancel your booking up to four weeks prior to the event, we will offer a refund (minus any deposit) or offer to transfer your booking to an equivalent event.

If you cancel your booking less than four weeks prior to the event, the full cost is likely to be payable.

Cancellation of an event by CPAS

If CPAS cancels an event, participants will be offered a full refund.
