Julian Henderson | Bishop of Blackburn

Julian has been Bishop of Blackburn since 2013, and was previously Archdeacon of Dorking and Vicar of Holy Trinity Claygate (1992 to 2005). He is currently President of the Church of England Evangelical Council and was previously Chair of the General Synod Business Committee.

Chris Green | Vicar of St James, Muswell Hill

Chris was formerly Vice Principal at Oak Hill Theological College, teaching on preaching, church leadership, church planting and ministry. He has been involved in leading four churches, and his recent books include 'Cutting to the Heart: Applying the Bible in Teaching and Preaching' and 'Assemble the People Before Me: The Message of the Church' for the Bible Speaks Today series.

Shiela Porter

Shiela Porter | Senior Minister, St George's Deal

Shiela Porter is Senior Minister at St George's Deal, Kent, where she co-leads the church with Chris Spencer. St George's has doubled in size in the last 10 years - largely as a result of the nurture and development of missional communities.

Glynn Harrison

Glynn Harrison | Former Professor of Psychiatry

Glynn Harrison was formerly Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Bristol, where he was also a practising consultant psychiatrist. He speaks widely on issues of faith and psychology, and mental health and neuroscience. His books include 'The Big Ego Trip' and 'A Better Story: God, sex and human flourishing' (both IVP/SPCK).

Anne Maclaurin

Anne Maclaurin | Vicar of St Barnabas, Cambridge

Anne is the Vicar of St Barnabas, a growing church, with much of the congregation under 40 and was previously on the leadership team at St Thomas Crookes Sheffield. She is currently leading St Barnabas through their new vision: 'Followers of Jesus sharing the goodness of God with everyone'.

Charlie Skrine

Charlie Skrine | Associate Rector of St Helen's, Bishopsgate

Charlie is currently Associate Rector at St Helen's, Bishopsgate, where he served his curacy. He is the Area Director of Ordinands for the Two Cities Area, and on the committee of EGGS (Evangelical Group of the General Synod).

Matthew Porter

Matthew Porter | Vicar of The Belfrey, York

Matthew Porter has been Vicar of The Belfrey in York since 2011, serving first as Associate Minister for two years under Roger Simpson. Matthew is passionate about discipleship and is the author of the A-Z of Discipleship (to be published summer 2017). St Michael le Belfrey has a rich heritage of evangelism and teaching and exists to be serving God's transformation of the North.

Ric Thorpe

Ric Thorpe | Bishop of Islington

Ric has been heavily involved in five church plants, and before becoming bishop was the Bishop of London's Adviser for Church Planting and Rector of St Paul's, Shadwell. He is a tutor at St Mellitus College, and leader of its church planting course. He also contributes to the School of Church Growth, both in London and at its hub in Liverpool.

 

BEING COUNTER-CULTURAL

Ian Paul

Ian Paul | Associate Minister of St Nicholas, Nottingham

Ian is a theologian, writer, researcher and speaker. He has previously taught New Testament and Practical Theology at St John's, Nottingham, where he was Dean of Studies from 2005 to 2012, and has worked in parish ministry. He is an Honorary Assistant Professor at the University of Nottingham, a member of the Archbishops' Council and the Managing Editor of Grove Books.

Steve Silvester

Steve Silvester | Rector of St Nicholas, Nottingham

Steve has been involved in leading several churches during his ordained ministry, including St Luke's Gamston, and planting 'The Well'. His other responsibilities include being Area Dean for Nottingham (South), serving on Bishop's Council, leading City Prayer and being an Honorary Canon of Southwell Minster.
