Leadership
Effective leadership - few issues are more pressing for the twenty-first century church.
CPAS works to support and develop church leaders and leadership skills in the UK and Ireland.
We help people considering full- or part-time vocations and ministry in the Church.
We do this through:
- the Arrow Leadership Programme, developing leadership skills for younger church leaders
- the Growing Leaders course, equipping churches to develop their lay leaders
- our You and Ministry programme, helping men and women think through ordination or full-time ministry
- our work with ordinands and Continued Ministerial Education.
CPAS aims to support and develop leaders for today's and tomorrow's church.
The Society is also the second largest 'patron' in the the UK and makes appointments to over 500 positions in churches across the country.
