All leadership is demanding and burnout is familiar to those exercising leadership in all sorts of contexts.
Any leader who seeks to develop others as leaders and does not attend to their own continuing growth lacks authenticity.
These events will look at how leaders can continue to grow as disciples of Christ, in their own self care and in the balancing of their lives its challenges and opportunities. Space to reflect on calling, what drives us or draws us and how we can remain strong in vision, energy and conviction for the long haul.
