Jonathan Mort

Jonathan and his wife Becky are leaders on the Easter Oswestry Falcon Camp and the St Bees Venture holiday.

He said: 'I was privileged to have some fantastic leaders whilst I was on Ventures, most of whom I serve alongside now. They have had such a big impact on my faith. It has been great seeing their work from both sides, and I like to think I try to emulate many of the things they do.

'Serving on Ventures and Falcon Camps has shown me the importance of different skills in a team and has allowed me to take on different roles. I have received a lot of encouragement; support, training and advice are always available - often from some of the best people.'
