Greg Willis

Greg Willis, an architect from Birmingham, is a small group leader at his local church who completed the CPAS Growing Leaders course last year.

Leading a group for the past three years, he was invited on the course and now feels far more equipped to lead more effectively - with vision, purpose and a greater understanding of Christian leadership.

Greg said: 'Growing Leaders brought home the responsibility of leadership, irrespective of the size of group or the task at hand. It reminded me that God is interested in the whole Church, whether you're leading a few people or a crowd of thousands.'

Greg's church is one of hundreds nationwide which have run Growing Leaders since the course was launched in 2006.
