Discerning direction in Bangor

The second of three major leadership training events in Bangor diocese, attended by the Bishop of Bangor, senior diocesan staff, the majority of clergy and a number of lay leaders took place in March 2014.

Charles BurgessCPAS leadership specialist Charles Burgess led the event.

Charles said: 'We were delighted to have such an overwhelmingly positive response to the training day on discerning direction.

'Those who attended commented particularly on the relevance of the training for the Church in Wales at this time, and also expressed how useful they found it to discuss the topic with other leaders.

'Please pray that our ongoing work with dioceses, churches and individuals in Wales will continue to bear fruit and be of real value and relevance.'

Comments from participants included:

Diocese of Bangor

The next training event in Bangor will be on the topic of growing leaders. Please join us in praying for all the leaders involved and for CPAS' ministry in Wales.
