CPAS Women in Leadership exists to develop women in Christian leadership for effective mission and ministry.
Our aims are:
- a church where women of God exercise leadership with courage, confidence and competence
- a church where women are equipped to be led more like Jesus, to lead more like Jesus and to lead more to Jesus
- a church where women are empowered to lead fresh expressions of church.
There is an explosion of secular material on women and leadership, and the scene in the church is changing fast too. We want to respond to current opportunities and we value your insights.
