Making Mission Possible

CPAS enables churches to help every person hear and discover the good news of Jesus

A new clergy post

Looking to move to a new post? This can be a confusing experience; there are a variety of ways in which this, for good reason, is quite unlike a normal process of job application and interview.

We offer a new event called On Call - Stay or Go, which focuses on exploring the personal discernment involved at the very start of the process of moving, before that first job search is even made. Many things will be taken into consideration during the day: your giftings, your hopes and longings, your family situation, as well as listening to God.

Our regular Moving On events give godly space to think about the tricky subject of moving jobs. They offer valuable insights and provide a biblical framework to the discernment process and how to make good choices. During these events, we also look at the practicalities of making good applications and handling interviews well.

For those who are either starting their first incumbency or moving from associate to senior minister, The Buck Stops Here conferences are a great way to prepare for the first post of overall responsibility. See more about what we offer for new incumbents.

Upcoming events are listed below.
