Many church leaders report a shift in those involved in leadership provoked by the pandemic. Some pre-pandemic leaders have stepped down or stepped back while others have stepped up.

This day will explore two key themes: 

• How we practically identify and develop new leaders for the future – especially given ongoing restrictions
• How we nurture a wider culture which facilitates this development of new leaders.
