  be considered\, alongside the importance of the local expression of faith
 . Learning outcome: Participants will explore how no one person or group c
 an carry everything and trying to do so risks personal and structural burn
  out. Steps to encourage involvement and responsibility will be explored. 
 Who for and cost: Overall leaders of MPBs. You are welcome to book a small
  team from your MPB to join you. We request that you are in one physical l
 ocation together to join online. Cost: £20 Please note that tickets are b
 eing sold on an individual basis so we can clearly manage registrations an
 d access links for those attending\, therefore no group bookings/discounts
  are available. Please book a place for each person attending even if plan
