DESCRIPTION:<a href="https://www.cpas.org.uk/event/building-teams-and-mobil
ising-people-50">Building Teams and Mobilising people.</a>\nEvery ordained
leader carries a deep sense of calling\, but that calling doesn’t alway
s come with clarity. In the midst of parish responsibilities and competing
demands\, it can be difficult to step back and discern how God is continu
ing to shape and direct your vocation. This session creates space to recon
nect with your primary calling in Christ\, reflect on how God has uniquely
shaped you through your gifts\, passions\, and life experience\, and cons
ider how you are being sent as part of God’s wider mission\, both within
and beyond your current context. Together\, we’ll explore what energise
s you in ministry\, where your compassion is stirred\, and how your leader
ship and potential areas of specialism might be developing over time. The
aim is for you to leave with a renewed sense of vocation\, greater clarity
on your unique contribution to the Church\, and the confidence to take yo
ur next step. Cost: £20 per attendee
