 hurches. Learning outcome: Participants will explore how no one person or 
 group can carry everything and trying to do so risks personal and structur
 al burn out. Steps to encourage involvement and responsibility will be exp
 lored. Who for and cost: Overall leaders of MPBs. You are welcome to book 
 a small team from your MPB to join you. We request that you are in one phy
