This form is to help you request design and communications support from the CPAS Communications Team.
Please share as much detail as you can, so we can fully understand what’s needed and serve you well. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by the Communications Team, and actioned as appropriate.
Guidance:
- Why (Objective) – The purpose of the request and desired outcome
- What (Deliverables) – What is needed (formats, assets, quantities, outputs)
- Who (Audience) – Who is this aimed at
- Key message – The core idea or takeaway to communicate
- Where (Channels & placement) – Where the work will appear (platforms, environments, touchpoints)
- When (Timing) – Deadlines, launch dates, milestones
- Inspiration & references – Examples of effective or ineffective work
- Content inputs – Copy, imagery, data provided or to be created
