Team Vicar & Associate Priest

Blyth Valley Team Ministry

Diocese of Suffolk

We are two benefices of rural churches centred around the thriving market town of Halesworth in beautiful NE Suffolk. We have one shared vision: to be “Church in Community and Community in Church”. Will you come and play your part in helping us to realise our vision?

We are praying for a priest who:

  • Will lead our mission of community engagement
  • Values our gently liberal, inclusive catholic tradition focused around the Eucharist
  • Is a team player, encouraging, enabling and resourcing people to use their skills and ideas
  • Has a pastoral, prayerful heart, nurturing and caring for all people and our environment

There is an active lay and ordained ministry team, supportive PCCs and a good four-bedroom house. This is a full time stipendiary post.  Expenses are paid in full.
