Effective Line Management

This day offers practical insights on how to line manage or supervise well, including:

• Clarifying what line managers are responsible for and how line managing in a church context differs.
• Identifying the differences between line managing staff, supervising curates and overseeing volunteers.
• Exploring five things good line managers do. 
• Enhancing line management for those who are neurodivergent.

Why not bring others with you from your church or churches around you who have line management responsibility. Then you can reflect on the day on your way home, and encourage one another to be effective line managers in the months following.
