Leaders Retreat (24 hrs)
For church leaders and those with leadership responsibility in the church.

We believe God is raising a generation of evangelical leaders who will lead with faith, resilience and impact in a rapidly changing world.
That’s why we are excited to host this new retreat for those under 40 years old who are church leaders or who carry significant leadership responsibility in the church.
Whether you are ordained or lay, are involved directly in the overall leadership of the church or have oversight of a specific ministry, you are likely having to navigate change and are doing what you can to lead faithfully in complex and demanding situations.
That’s why we want to create space to gather, pray, worship, as we look together at what it means to be strengthened in the Lord and strengthened by each other.
This 24-hour residential retreat is an opportunity to step away from the demands of parish ministry, build relationships with peers, and reflect on what Jesus may be doing in your life, leadership and ministry.
Across 24 hours at Ripon College Cuddesdon, there will be opportunities for worship, prayer, teaching, reflection, as external speakers will join us to teach and encourage.
Set within the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside, Ripon College Cuddesdon provides a peaceful setting in which to pause, reflect and reconnect with God and others.
The retreat begins with lunch at 12pm on Thursday 15 October and concludes after lunch on Friday 16 October 2pm.
The residential package includes overnight accommodation, all meals, and refreshments.
Early bird rate: £70 until 7 September.
Standard rate: £110 from 8 September.
