Submit a Ticket - Communications

Avoid ASAP (don't worry about being nice), deadlines are helpful

Make sure you include everything needed to get the job done, think of it as saving everyone from a game of email ping-pong.

Recommendation: Write it in another text editing platform and copy it in - it gives you more space to make sense of what you're submitting

Helpful steps to consider when submitting:

  1. What: Clearly describe the deliverable (e.g., poster, social post, email, presentation).
  2. Why: State the purpose or goal (e.g., inform, promote, drive action).
  3. Where: Specify where it will appear (e.g., social media, website, print, event).
  4. When: Give deadlines, launch dates, and any key milestones.
  5. Who: Define who it’s for (e.g., internal staff, customers, age group, interests).
