Adventure under sail. Friendships for life. Faith that lasts.
Experience an unforgettable adventure aboard traditional Broads yachts, each with a crew of 4-8 members, including a skilled and experienced skipper and other friendly leaders. Throughout the week, you'll have the chance to swap boats, race for points, and take part in exciting challenges and boat inspections.
27th March - 3rd April 2027
Get ready to cook, eat and sleep onboard with your crew. Enjoy sailing as you navigate winding rivers, bridges, and explore the broads. While the Norfolk Broads might not always be sunny, it's the perfect place to learn the art of sailing, and we guarantee plenty of fun along the way aboard these incredible yachts.
The Norfolk Broads is a stunning network of rivers and lakes, a beautiful place to explore under sail while making new friends, learning more about God and enjoying his awesome creation. We travel along the rivers and lakes of the Northern Broads taking the boats under bridges and through small towns to a new mooring each evening.
The sailing boats consist of a fleet of 4 to 8 berth yachts and we sail, eat, live and sleep onboard! The boats are split into four squadrons - in each squadron there are two boys boats and two girls boats. During the day we mix up the crews within your squadron so that you’ll get to meet new people and experience sailing on different yachts.
We hire our boats from Martham Boatyard - visit their website to find out more
During the week young people have the opportunity to sail the yachts learning new skills or building on previous knowledge with our team of experienced leaders and instructors.
We have four levels of sailing qualification to work towards -
- Ordinary Seaman
- Able Seaman
- Midshipman
- Leading Seaman
