A place to explore the mountains of North Wales and the life-changing message of Jesus.
Criccieth 2 was established in 1962, and more than 60 years later, we're still welcoming young people to the beautiful North Wales coast for adventure, friendship, fun and an opportunity to explore their Christian faith.
We're one of the few traditional canvas camps still running within CPAS Holidays, and that's part of what makes us special. There's something wonderful about spending ten days surrounded by mountains, sea, fresh air and the occasional sheep!
At the heart of Criccieth is a simple belief: young people should feel free to be themselves, try new things, build lasting friendships and discover more about Jesus Christ. Whether it's conquering Snowdon, choosing from our wide range of optional activities, joining our lively evening meetings or simply chilling out with friends, there's something for everyone.
Many of our volunteer leaders first came to Criccieth as campers themselves, and some families have been connected with us for generations. That sense of belonging is something we really treasure.
We're not a polished holiday resort (although our luxury toilet and shower trailers come close!). We're a camp built on faith, friendship, adventure and laughter, creating memories and friendships that last long after the tents come down.
