A young person arrives, encounters Christ, and returns to serve. Over time, they grow into leaders, youth workers, church planters, clergy, and faithful witnesses in every sphere of life. Some go on to lead CPAS holidays themselves, inspiring the next generation.
This pattern has shaped generations, in partnership with local churches, creating young leaders where they are needed most.

2030 Horizon
Establish foundational frameworks and the piloting of initial leadership cohorts.
Scale training capacity to secure the next cohorts of new leaders.
By 2030, we aim to have:
- Equipped 300 younger leaders.
- Trained 50 new Overall Leaders.
- Launched 10 new holidays.
