Where others train church leaders in isolation, CPAS training invites school and church leaders to come together. This creates a powerful context for shared learning, facilitated conversation and the opportunity to plan together for the strategic development of pathways for pupils to explore Christianity more holistically.

Free 45min online sessions to spotlight topics of interest and give room for Q&A
90min Insight Lab
A 90min interactive online sessions that unpack topics more deeply. Price per screen so come with your church-school counterparts for maximum impact.
A year Pathway Course
Offered both on-site (in partnership with Dioceses) and online. A gathering once per term, with optional simple gap-tasks that build deeper collaboration between school and church. Topics will include (but are not limited to): overcoming barriers to effective collaboration, understanding spiritual development, distinguishing genuine from superficial pupil agency, engaging families, and navigating differences well.
