Being a strategic Area/Rural Dean: How to lead your Chapter well

Chapter could be such a great place! Yet so often it is the poor relation!

This workshop is designed for Area/Rural Deans who want to build chapters that thrive on trust in order to further God's Kingdom mission through local churches.

Using the framework of the Triangle of Trust we'll explore:

• Leading with Integrity
• Cultivating Benevolence
• Respecting Ability

We'll explore some of the tensions that can arise in Chapter life and how these could be opportunities for spiritual growth.

This workshop is led by Rev Canon Simon Taylor, former Area Dean of Godalming and Rector of Godalming Minster Resource community.
