Are you in Christian leadership and aged 40 or under? Are you looking to connect with other young leaders?

How do leaders plant and lead communities that thrive, even under pressure? Drawing on 12 years of experience from the front line of planting and revitalisation, Jon March will explore themes of calling, perseverance, vision, and cultivating healthy teams. Expect a session that is honest and hope-filled, offering encouragement and practical insights for leaders navigating ministry today.

Each session is 60 mins long, with some input but also a good amount of Q&A where leaders can troubleshoot, and ask practical ministry questions in a safe context.
