Part of leadership is about going somewhere, and when we move in a defined direction it will almost inevitably lead to change. Yet overseeing a process of change can be tricky and lead to all sorts of tensions and disagreements.
Handling change well is an art, and this event explores insights from research and change experiences that helps leaders approach change with others in a way that heightens the possibility of success. The day covers how people respond to change, how to approach change, and how to handle resistance.
