How to Lead Through Disappointment (25 June)

Disappointments come in multiple forms. In essence they are about expectations not being met, be those personal or for the church or congregation we lead. 

However, it is possible to be under-disappointed as well as over-disappointed. We’ll explore how to discern right-disappointment, as well consider six healthy ways to lead through disappointment.
