Are you in Christian leadership and aged 40 and under? Are you looking to connect with other young leaders? 

Come and join this is a one-hour online gathering designed for encouragement, connection and inspiration with peers who share your calling.

Ever wondered, 'Why do they do that?' when interacting with someone from a different generation in the church? Jackie Mann will help us explore the often-overlooked dynamics between generations (there may be as many as seven in your congregation!) and show how understanding these differences can make our leadership more effective. Together, we’ll consider how to lead ministries where every generation is valued and empowered for God’s purposes.
