Introduction to Change

Introductory workshop on navigating change as a church leader

Change is all around us in a church context; from shifting service patterns to joining parishes; expanding the staff team to reshaping the church vision. This morning session is for anyone considering introducing changes of any type in a church context, It outlines:

• Challenges involved in a faith context
• Practical actions to take
• The importance of relationships
• Theological and change model insights

The workshop is led by an experienced practitioner who has successfully guided churches through change and the session.

You'll close the workshop with:

• Insights from church based change situations
• Greater confidence in navigating change
• Tools to foster unity and resilience within your church
• Clearer vision for stewarding change faithfully and effectively
• An understanding of the CPAS ecosystem approach to change
• Experience of key aspects of the full three day CPAS Change course, which is available to sign up for in January 2026.
