Leadership, Ambition and Faithfulness (3 February)

Are you in Christian leadership and aged 40 and under? Are you looking to connect with other young leaders? 

How do leaders move from chasing platforms to building pillars? Drawing on Mark Sayers’ Platforms to Pillars and Emma Ineson’s Ambition, Thea Edwards (Vicar, Farnborough and CPAS Trustee) will explore themes of ambition, character, and the call to build resilient leadership rooted in Christ. Expect a session that is both practical and personal, offering encouragement for younger leaders navigating life, faith, and ministry today.
