The Long Haul and Leading a Church Through Culture Change (26 March)

Are you in Christian leadership and aged 40 and under? Are you looking to connect with other young leaders? 

Every leader knows that shaping culture takes time, patience, and prayer, and that it often feels harder than we expect. In this session, we’ll explore what it looks like to lead a church through culture change, including how to communicate a clear vision, how to spot the signs of healthy and unhealthy culture, and how to persevere for the long haul. Join us for practical wisdom, honest reflections, and encouragement for the journey.
