If churches are to be about Christ’s mission and ministry in the world there will always be aspects of church life that can be developed. But how? How do we discern what God wants us to focus on? And when that is clear, how do we ensure something actually happens?
For some this is all about ‘vision’, for others it is focused around ‘culture’. In this short course we can cover a combination of the following:
- Discerning direction.
- Shaping culture.
- Enabling action.
- Handling change.
- Facilitating communication.
This is a short course CPAS can run for clergy in your diocese. Offering in-depth engagement and tailored content, this course can be run over consecutive days (residential or non-residential), or the sessions can be spread over a number of weeks or months.
