MPB: Decision Making (5 of 6)

Developing practical approaches to address challenges fosters resilience and helps multi parish benefices' navigate change constructively.

• Why it matters: In multi-church life, problems rarely affect just one congregation, so a joint approach ensures solutions strengthen the whole group rather than isolate one church.
• Learning outcome: Participants will learn problem-solving methods that help churches respond collaboratively and creatively to challenges.
• Who for and cost: Overall leaders of MPBs. You are welcome to book a small team from your MPB to join you. We request that you are in one physical location together to join online.
