Multi-Parish Benefice & Oversight Ministry (12 March)

What does it mean to lead faithfully when ministry stretches across multiple parishes? Sarah Pix, CPAS Leadership Enabler who has herself led in multi-parish contexts, and now works closely with dioceses and oversight ministers from across the CofE, will share insights and learnings from her experience and observation.

In this session we’ll reflect on honestly on the opportunities and pressures of multi-parish ministry, explore the practices that help sustain leaders over time, and consider how a model for leaders to lead in ways that are life-giving rather than exhausting.
