Pupils as worship leaders: Support and Strategy

Many schools are exploring ways to engage with worship and spiritual development—but approaches vary widely. This session opens up honest discussion around key challenges, such as leading worship without personal faith in Jesus, avoiding tokenism, and supporting pupils meaningfully in a busy school environment. At the same time, we’ll celebrate the opportunities and joys that come with this work. Through real examples and shared insights, we’ll explore how churches can come alongside schools to support these efforts as genuine discipleship opportunities.
