In response to some of the challenges facing us at this time, we're delighted to be able to offer a series of one hour webinars with James Lawrence, Leadership Principal at CPAS, to help us reflect on our leadership in lockdown. Topics will be decided as we discern what it would be most helpful to address in the quickly changing landscape we find ourselves in.
Many of us are feeling somewhat overwhelmed by recent weeks, and under pressure to get things sorted, so don't panic, these webinars aren't about heaping even more unrealistic expectations on you. Rather, we want to look at some of the 'slower' time things that it might be good to give attention to as we shift from our short to medium term response to what is happening to help us lead well into the next phase of this unprecedented season.
Hosted by one of our team, James will provide some input and there will be an opportunity for sharing ideas and exploring issues. Following the webinar we will stay online for those who would like to chat further about the issues raised.
Please note that there are limited spaces so don't forget to sign up. You will be sent joining instructions the day before.

Leadership in Lockdown (2) - Rhythms, Rest and Focus
Our immediate response to lockdown is done, but what now as we face ongoing uncertainties?
It is increasingly likely that we are going to be in some form of lockdown for a long time. The constantly changing nature of our situation means it is hard work to keep pivoting as new scenarios unfold. It is easy to become exhausted. We may struggle to identify patterns that sustain us, and find it difficult to maintain motivation. This interactive webinar will explore how to find new rhythms, embrace rest (including what to do about holidays), and maintain focus, and identify three things we can do to keep going and keep focused for the long haul.
