The start of a New Year is a great time to reflect on what is motivating our leadership. Are we driven and in danger of driving others, or are we called and helping others to discern their call? Of course, it isn't as simple as that. We are all a mix. But how can we err towards a healthy mix rather than an unhealthy one.
