MPB: Understanding and Shaping Culture (1 of 6)

Building a shared culture rooted in prayer helps multi parish benefice congregations work together with unity and purpose, so why is it often so difficult?

• Why it matters: Reducing tension and division is vital in a multi-church benefice where deep traditions, histories and habits can otherwise pull apart.
• Learning outcome: Participants will identify key elements of a healthy shared culture and gain practical ways to nurture it across the churches. Common factors will be addressed.

Who for and cost: Overall leaders of MPBs. You are welcome to book a small team from your MPB to join you. We request that you are in one physical location together to join online.
