Having Difficult Conversations

Most church leaders would agree that Difficult Conversations are not their favourite thing about their role! There can be a temptation to avoid or put off tricky conversations, but this can end up undermining trust and hampering the mission and ministry of the church. This online morning will help to take away the fear of difficult conversations, helping you to embrace them well prepared and with some tools to employ. If we can learn to speak the truth in love then relationships can be maintained and grown, and we can move forward into all that God is calling us to pursue.
