MPB: Problems and Solutions (6 of 6)

How the multi parish benefice is organised can be the making of the future of a multi parish benefice. Agreeing transparent ways of making decisions helps reduce conflict and builds trust across churches
- Why it matters: The leadership approach and the structures of decision making are vital to the health of a multi parish benefice. Unclear decision-making can easily create frustration and reduce trust.
- Learning outcome: Participants will explore how the leadership approach and organisation of decision making has implications for the MPB. The importance of recognising history, whilst looking to the future will be considered.
- Who for and cost: Overall leaders of MPBs. You are welcome to book a small team from your MPB to join you. We request that you are in one physical location together to join online.
