Leadership often comes with battles and blessings.

If you’re experiencing tension, weariness, or discouragement alongside moments of fruit and joy, don’t worry, you haven’t failed. For many leaders, this is simply the lived reality of carrying responsibility and vision. As the saying goes, ‘no blessing goes uncontested’.

Join us for a candid and honest webinar exploring how leaders can navigate the inevitable highs and lows of leadership with faith and hope.

We’re delighted to be joined by author and speaker Howard Satterthwaite who will share openly from his own journey, including seasons of burnout and hitting rock bottom, and how he discovered fresh grace, encouragement, and practical ways forward.

Howard draws powerful insights from the global and persecuted church, offering a perspective that will strengthen leaders in any season of ministry.

Howard is the author and curate of the book ‘Hold on to Hope’, a deeply practical and hope-filled guide for navigating discouragement in every day leadership, which includes insights from RT Kendall, Paul and Becky Harcourt, Katia Adams and others.

Together we’ll explore:

  • How to recognise discouragement before it takes root
  • What to do when weariness begins to shape your leadership
  • How to hold on to hope in demanding seasons

We’ve recently spent some time with Howard and have been inspired by him and are excited to create space for leaders to engage with these themes together.

If you’re leading in a demanding season and need fresh perspective, new encouragement, and some practical things to takeaway, this webinar is for you.
