During this important season in the church calendar, the Annual Parochial Church Meetings (APCM) marks the beginning of a new chapter for many PCC’s. As new members step in and group dynamics inevitably change, the foundations laid in these early months can shape the whole year ahead.

This practical and hope-filled webinar explores how the first 60 days can set the tone for a thriving and effective PCC. Together we will look at creative ways to shape a PCC that is united, mission-driven and faith-filled. We believe it is not only possible to nurture a space where leadership is shared well and vision is owned collectively, but we can actively expect and cultivate it.

Join James Lawrence, Sarah Pix and Matt Hogg for this practical webinar, that brings new insights and approaches the topic alongside our well-loved PCC Tonight material.

Our mission is simple: to provide you with practical tools and a roadmap that will lay out some suggestions for things you can do during the first 60 days of a newly constituted PCC that will set you on a trajectory that will pay dividends further down the line for faith-filled, fruitful and fun PCC.

Together we’ll explore:

  • The important first PCC meeting.
  • Activities to get everyone engaged.
  • Building trust from the start.
  • A suggested roadmap for your first 60 days.

Come along and find out why we think PCC is not only a governance structure, but at its best, a place where disciples are formed, leaders are developed and the mission of the church moves forward with clarity and courage.
