Following the success of CPAS' PCC Tonight resource, we are now offering dioceses a day of training for clergy on leading a PCC.

The day includes:

  • The 12 common dysfunctions of PCCs and what to do about them.
  • The three stages in running a great PCC.
  • How to prepare for awkward moments.
  • Top tips for fun, faith-filled and fruitful PCCs. 

CPAS can run this day in your diocese as part of IME/CME training, at a diocesan conference or as a session within a wider diocesan leadership programme.
